(Note: I'm going to scrap this later!! Done with colored pencils. I know their costumes aren't to the period, damnit, so don't badger me about it.. artist license! Yeah... *cough*)
A scene of my own interpretation from 'Interview with the Vampire' by Anne Rice.
After Claudia is killed, things go downhill. Louis torches the Theatre de Vampires, though luckily, Armand heeded his warning and fled before he did.
He asks him if he intends to avenge them.
'"Would you destroy me as easily as you let them be destroyed?"
"Why should I?"
"My God,"
"You're much changed,," he said. "But in a way, you are much the same."'
...
'And then I surrendered. I turned to Armand and let him draw close to me as if he meant to take me as his victim, and I bowed my head and felt hiss firm arm around my shoulders.'
aww, i love it! the coloring is so awesome, especially in the hair i love their bodies, too... so nice + proportional.. the waists look great. what a sweet pose :>

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
